Central issuance authority
To prevent enumeration and identity fraud, USSINs are minted only by the SIGIVERITAS™ Issuance Authority (platform administrators) from the DMZ Issuance Hub. Every issuance is logged to an append-only audit trail. If you need a USSIN, request one from your administrator or partner portal — self-service issuance is disabled by design, consistent with practices of national identity issuers (SSA, HMRC, UIDAI, eIDAS).
